So... $PVBC had to restate the numbers from it's earnings release. It's worse than reported in the earnings release from January. Oh yeah...and #BankProv still claims that it's provision for loan losses is sufficient...otherwise the bank has to restate its income statement!

@Tom___Web Yeah, think about it: #Bankprov got the compliance/risk officer of $SBNY and provide the same infrastructure like $SI did to crypto companies. We think it's still a zero. No matter how much deep value investors talk about BVPS. The executives and board haven't learned a thing...

The bank's reported material weaknesses in its financial reporting and that it's not effective. The management believes that it did not result in any material misstatement of $PVBC's financials....yeah, but it resulted in a 2.15 loss per share for #Bankprov's shareholders.
#BankProv did a fire sale of some crypto loans for 30 cents on the dollar. One could add the $6.2m replacement loan but the collateral...you guessed it...it's backed by more crypto mining rigs... $PVBC

After $PVBC's CEO David Mansfield resigned, Paul Mansfield, the head of #Bankprov's Crypto Lending, is also "open to work"...but should change his LinkedIn short URL soon...anyway the Q3 report is still not filed...3 months after closing the quarter...

$PVBC just put out a press release stating that #Bankprov has no direct exposure to #BlockFi. A suspicion no one raised. But now the question is: what is $PVBC's INDIRECT exposure to #BlockFi? Oh...and what about the failed #governance and lack of #leadership? Still a zero for us
