Last year @Delta CEO Ed Bastian was in Washington begging Congress for a $50 billion covid bailout. He eventually got it, but didn’t hire back many of their workers, so this is why u have to wait 5 hours for a customer service rep to pick up. BTW he paid himself a $12.5 mil bonus

Yes, you emailed at 2 am Sat. Sorry I was asleep. Nothing indicated not replying IMMEDIATELY would lead to cancelation. You required phone # on sign up. Why not use it, instead of blaming customers? #BasicCustomerService When a company shows you who they are, believe them.

@simoncstock @Northlad5 @PositiveLad @Ryanair Surely, if cabin crew not equipped to deal with this, then shud have called someone who is. That is what line management all about. Different if in air, but on tarmac surely they shud have called someone to get him off the plane? Poor response from @Ryanair #BasicCustomerService

@steena_k @CARiD_com for good customer service they should refund the customer first and then work with the third party to refund them #BasicCustomerService
