मतलब यह है कि "संसद को संविधान में संशोधन (#Amendment) करने की शक्ति है"। 👉 लेकिन वह #संविधान के "मूल ढांचे" (#Basic_Structure) को नहीं बदल सकती। "मूल ढांचा" (Basic Structure) क्या है??? यह एक न्यायिक सिद्धांत है जिसे सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने केशवानंद भारती बनाम केरल राज्य (1973) केस में स्थापित किया था। इसके अनुसार:- 👉 संविधान का कुछ हिस्सा ऐसा है जिसे संसद संशोधन के जरिए भी नहीं बदल सकती। इनमें शामिल हैं:- संविधान की प्रस्तावना के मूल मूल्य जैसे - लोकतंत्र, न्याय, स्वतंत्रता, धर्मनिरपेक्षता, संघीय ढांचा आदि। न्यायपालिका की स्वतंत्रता कानून का शासन (#Rule_of_Law) जन प्रतिनिधित्व की प्रणाली आदि।

@Bhupesh The fundamental right " Right to property" was abolished by "Janta Party" by 44th constitution amendment 1978 . Even Fundamental Right were declared part of the #basic_structure of the constitution in 1973 😉 #Hipocrasy on peak (Ideal constitution and judiciary 🐐)

What is #Basic_Structure? It is an Entrenched Clause, which exists across the globe. An entrenched clause or entrenchment clause of a constitution is a provision that makes certain amendments either more difficult or impossible to pass.
