Haha. This was not an attempt to 'connect'. It was posted as a warning to other potential customers that #BestBuy #BestBuyCanada has terrible online customer service that would rather blame 'delivery services', banks, and anyone else for their shortcomings. #BestBuyFail

@BestBuySupport @BestBuy #bestbuyfail Very very frustrating. Trying to cancel my Splatoon 3 orders since I still haven't received my codes. Passed from agent to another. Finally got the return call from the cancellation team, you dropped the call right after I picked up.
