@bookingcom we booked a flight with flexible fare and have been waiting for 3 days for you to process a change of date and time. We’ve called 3 times. No one gets back to us! With the airline, this takes 10 minutes. Seat availability is at risk. Solve it TODAY please #BookingHelp

@bookingcom Please make it possible to edit a message sent, to a location from within a current booking, after sending. Nothing is impossible these days. If apps like WhatsApp & Facebook can do it, I'm sure you can? ;) #featurerequest #bookingcom #bookinghelp #bookingnow
