Within their monumental $414 million budget, they are somehow reducing funding for personnel in the professional development & standards bureaus (which includes their Anti-Corruption Division!!!), while increasing personnel in the field (= more #boscops) (3/10)
OK so the BRIC grant is for 6 new analysts in addition to current 4 for real time crime center, and for upgrading technology but still unclear what data is collected, what tech they have, etc. But we know DHS and FBI are part of BRIC #DefundPolice #Boscops
