Crews making progress securing the SE flank. The fire is now 87% contained w/no change in acreage: 3,711. Mop up and perimeter patrols cont. Wednesday. 151 personnel remain assigned to the incident.

Fire holding at 3,711 ac. w/80% containment. Crews progressing w/full containment as they work along SE side of fire incl. w/n Camp Creek drainage where heat still remains.
Crews also out patrolling & monitoring fire's interior checking for any remaining hotspots or smokes.
Residents who live along 136th & surrounding areas are asked to drive w/caution along neighborhood roads as crews still engaged w/n community & around the properties.

ATTENTION: Forest Road 20 (Needle Rock Road) and all recreation sites along the Verde River, including Box Bar, Needle Rock Picnic Site and Needle Rock Beach are inaccessible due to fire suppression operations for the #BoulderViewFire.
#BoulderViewFire Update for Monday:
Fire is 3,711 ac. w/ 63% containment. Firefighting resources have containment along northeast, east, south, & northwest sides of fire. This morning, fire received approx. .01 inches of rain which does help w/ firefighting activities, but does not significantly help w/suppression.
On Sun. remaining SET status downgraded to READY. There are no pre-evacuations or evacuations.
Bartlett Dam & Horseshoe Dam Roads are now open to the public.

3,736 ac. w/no containment. Today, fire crews cont. efforts toward full suppression by improving firelines & monitoring for any heat w/n interior of the fire. Crews made good progress on the slop over on N side & will cont. working that piece today ensuring there's no heat remaining.
S. side of fire conts. to hold & checked itself up on 2-track road. No heat showing yesterday & today will cont. to be monitored for any possibility of lingering heat.
