こちらは春先のイベントの時かな？曇天の下、シャトルサービスに用いられていました。この直後に故障して、不動のまま現在に至ります。今なら綺麗に復元されたPEの各車と並んで、模型みたいな世界が再現できるのに…ちょっと残念ですね。

OERMのNo.167。屋根がベージュの最末期の塗装です。走行シーンは数回見たのみ。電連付きの密連が自連に交換されているのは、普段の入換の為でしょうか？こちらも架線が高いので、パンタびよーんですね。こちらも灼熱地獄なので、前面ドアを開けています。

一往復の特別運転を楽しんだ後、暫く眺めていたかったのですが、すぐに庫へとしまい込まれてしまいました(´;ω;｀) とりあえずは撮影出来て走行も堪能したので、贅沢は言えません。

No.182の室内。こちらはシートの色が違いますね。涼しいベイエリアの気候とはいえ、窓が開かないっていうのはキツイですよね。貫通ドアと運転台脇の2か所しか開かないのは困りもの。せめて何か所か開くように出来ていればねぇ…乗るなら冬場ですよ(笑)

もう一編成のNo.167。こちらはモーター故障とかで90年代中頃から休車状態です。以前走行した写真をこのTwitterで上げたことがあったような…No.182と違い、こちらの屋根色はベージュになってます。

Key System/Bridge Unit No.182は現役末期の塗装です。博物館に行ったら、残念ながら車庫でお休み中。「日本からこれ見にきたんだけど…」と伝えたら、「日本からお客さんが来たので、次のデモ運転はNo.182で行います」と館内放送が。本当にありがとうございます。

因みにパン無の車体の方が長いです。理由は分かりません…電連付きの密連で3-4unitsで運転されていました。1958年の廃線後は一部はアルゼンチンに輸出、その他は現在も博物館に残る3編成を除いてスクラップになりました。

真面目な解説。KeySystemがBayBridgeの開通に際して導入。車体デザインは秀逸だが、足回りは木造車の部品を利用した更新車。出力も低く速度が出ず、固定窓で夏場はゲロ電なので、眺める電車(笑) BayBridge上では第三軌条で集電、ATC付。1940年代の初頭の話だからスゴイ。
