13. The funny thing is Twitter did suggest a perfect solution:
"We can revert the email address back to an email you had previously associated with the account...You can then request a new password reset email using that address"
They haven't done it yet.

12. At this point we feel helpless, since whichever report we file, this below comes back.
We need help from @X, @Support & @ElonMusk, or anyone who works at Twitter to help us recover the account @MwangoCapital.

11 Also, note that we received funds from Twitter on the ads revenue sharing from Twitter which went to my account as shown below.
These funds went through our Email 1 surprisingly.

10. Please note that I paid for Twitter Bue earlier this year & here below is the receipt for it.
I used my personal credit card for this and Twitter has the details for all this so this can easily be traced to me.

9. Since Monday morning this week, things changed.
We were told the email (Email 2) and the account (Mwango Capital) are no longer associated with each other.

8. We were stuck trying to get the code and continued filing more cases.
The responses from Twitter felt robotic as none of them provided a concrete solution
The cases were always closed and with this email that we could not respond to.

7. We tried changing the password but were unable to since we were not getting the password reset code on Email.
We simply could not get the code despite many attempts and checking every folder and email setting.

6. After a lot of back and forth, at 4.56 am CET on 31st August, the email was changed back to our Email 2 and since then the SushiSwap posts stopped.

5. Before you ask, yes we had 2FA on & used Google Authenticator. We activated the Authenticator in April this year after another hack on the Twitter account.
Once we got it back, we decided to change the email address from call it Email 1 to Email2.

4. Surprisingly, we did not receive an email on the change of email address until the next day at 7.41 am, 31st Aug.
That's almost 10 hours later.

3. We could not access the account as the email address had been changed.
The hackers had also changed the account handle to Sushi_Swap_ and made several posts after that.
Worried about the loss of the Twitter Handle, we sent more emails to Twitter.

2/ We responded as per the instructions and received a generic email that needed us to fill out the dedicated form. This only generated another generic email that needed us to fill out the same form.
Basically, we were stuck in a loop.

How we lost access to our account @MwangoCapital:
1/ Last week on Wed, 30th August, ~9 pm CET, we were forcefully & suddenly logged out.
We couldn't get back in as the email had been changed. We filed a report with Twitter who responded as below:
