I've been having a LOT of issues with fatigue and joint pain lately, so I've been refocusing on the little things to #BuildaLadder. Today I had a delicious chai latte and an orange cranberry muffin for breakfast. Two rungs up right there!

Fatigue sucks and frequently limits what I can accomplish in a day. Today I was able to tidy up. Although it's not perfect, it's better. That's what matters.

@padolsey I feel that ๐๐ป Major flare up week with my hEDS while I try to finish an movie edit. So I went for a small bike ride, got a coffee, sat outdoors, and read a book. Slowly feeling more optimism #buildaladder and I can face my work a bit easier now.
