Thanks! Yes, vast majority Z1-2 (~120bpm avg). Average of just over 3hrs/day (~22hrs/wk) with 5 x 7+hr big days in the last 2 blocks. About 10hrs totals (4% of the load) in and around LT2 for the last 3mo (~40 min/wk) #BuildingThatBase #WhatItTakes
