#bulbenergy I'm currently using around £100 per month dual fuel, my direct debit is £208 per month, I'm £700 in credit, I'm trying to reduce my direct debit down, but it won't let me reduce it down below £166 per month, WHY??? Legalised mugging comes to mind.
