Our community’s feedback has been heard! Malden bus routes were updated according to @TheCityofMalden's recommendations in the new Bus Network Redesign draft - including brand-new, high-frequency routes that will be running every 15 minutes or less (1/3)
Plans are not final, but the #BusNetworkRedesign could include 6 new bus lines, with service every 15 minutes or less, as well as new routes connecting to neighborhoods like Mattapan & Seaport.
However, @MBTA already has the LMA on its agenda for its #BusNetworkRedesign & plans to make the area a new bus network hub.
When this keeps happening, it’s no wonder commuters in @cityofwoburn & @Planning01803 are worried.
The #BusNetworkRedesign takes away their Express bus to/from @CityOfBoston, having riders now transfer to unsafe modes of transit. Listen to the commuters @MBTA.
