News from the March 15, 1953 Buffalo Courier-Express. Only 30 of the 101 miles from the Strait of Canso through Inverness County to #CBHNP remains unpaved. Route 19 is paved for 15 miles from #PortHawkesbury to #Judique South. Work on section b/w #Mabou & #PortHood is underway.

Hiked the #SkylineTrail in the #CBHNP on one of our coldest days this winter! If you haven't given winter hiking a chance yet, this trail is one you must try! With windchill of about -30°C at the tip you had to make sure you were well dressed in layers so not to get frostbite.
