Nope. The Fed Gov't will drag themselves -- kicking and screaming -- to "budget" the #PWD #CDisB until the 2025 Budget ('25-'26) is released in Spring '25. I also feel certain they will go for Model 2, where family income and RE-qualifying as #PWD will be needed.

I'm 100% in favour of seeing this!!! However, I can't help but worry that all these new programs competing for limited budget $$ will negatively effect the eventual implementation of the #PWD #CDisB. There's only so far the electorate can be pushed when it comes to $$$.
