@AfrikaThabiso @Vodacom @VodafoneGroup @IOL @LandNoli @insightfactor We need to let the process unfold without thinking the worst of the situation. @Vodacom has already offered 47million that alone means they accept guilt. The recent #CEOReview evidence lead proved that the offer was way less than what Mr Makate deserves. Judgement is reserved.

Wim Trengove in #PleaseCallMe matter represented @Vodacom as the second respondent obviously briefed buy CEO in #CEOReview. It is sad when we see seasoned SC’s being wrongly briefed to come create clout in courts matters and argue nonsense. I guess its about money after all.

@ezibabayo @thandomahlangu_ @Vodacom Arrogance is what was displayed throughout this case. @Vodacom had no case since this matter went to trial in 2013. The very same attitude permeated in the recent #CEOReview mind you this happens at the back of @ConCourtSA 2016 Order, which had a problem with the same arrogance
