When you have a Mayor who is more focused on the corrupt #CTULocal1 and their outrageous demands than making sure the firefighters of the #CFDMedia have the equipment needed to serve the citizens of #Chicago, this is the end result.
We've learned Truck 40 at the Beverly Fire House at 95th and Ashland is down and there is not replacement truck available.
Why is there an equipment shortage of this magnitude at CFD?
Another day another piece of equipment that the men and women of the Chicago Fire Department needs to be able to do their job and keep the people of #Chicago safe, is not in service apparently catching fire itself.
