Q5: Nov 2020 an Advisory Committee on Governance recommended restructuring #CLTCC to non-partisan elections. Asheville & Raleigh both have non-partisan elections. This means that candidates would not identify as R or D, could impact how primaries are run. #CLTPrimary @CltPublic
