When measuring the mentions, I would count a negative RT. Only including positive-natured interactions would be biased. That person is still interacting with your brand & it can be useful to recognize these interactions when strategizing for future approaches. #COMP9604 @gmederos

Given the influx of distressing content on the platform, particularly in the last year, I would say my biggest challenge when it comes to using Twitter is the functionality of the “muted words” tool. A very valuable tool yet sometimes ineffective. #COMP9604 @gmederos
