Earlyshift #DumbartonRP stopped the driver of this vehicle on Townend Road #Dumbarton. The Driver was reported to #COPFS for driving with No Insurance, No MOT, defective brakes and tyres which were below the legal limit of 1.6mm and his vehicle was seized.
