If women are angry, it's because they've been subject to bullying, misogyny, racism, harassment and grooming. All of those things that do feature in the report.
He also spoke of loud, abrasive male voices...
Our student member of council has resigned. Shocked but not surprised by the #CarrReport & very clearly let down by some of the more senior members on council. Very telling.
