WHO says "Although Ki67 maybe useful in lung carcinoids, and >5% are more likely to be atypical, the primary diagnostic criteria for separating these tumors remain mitotic count and/or presence of necrosis".

No mitosis/necrosis was found on the #CellBlock, with a proliferative index of 15%. Atypical carcinoid?
