Planning is important, but after disasters you have to be willing to throw out the plan and adapt to the situation in real time! Also must work hand-in-hand with local community...This is Okeefe who has been helping get hot, fresh meals to his community in Sandy Bay! #ChefsForSVG
In the aftermath of a disaster, adaptation is key. This week, that meant meal delivery by wheelbarrow! Due to heavy rains, we could not drive to get meals to the community of Sandy Bay, so residents met us to pick up food & water to take back to families in need. #ChefsForSVG
