What was stated by @PMOIndia
that the ecosystem for a very long time right from Mymoon Begum's period insisted on the #CommittedJudiciary by A K Barua.
May be the Legacy Lives-on.
I was so correct in my 2 days old Tweet!
🔥SC judge BV Nagarathna expresses concerns about State
Governors becoming points of litigation for either denying assent to bills or for sending bills to President for Consideration!
🔥This LEFTIST “Judge" is referring to Governors of #Kerala, #Bengal & #Karnataka & #TamilNadu which are all Non-BJP Parties ruled States.
🔥Which bills were either rejected or sent to President by Governors of those 3 States, Arif Mohammed Khan, C. V. Ananda Bose, Thawar Chand Gehlot & R. N. Ravi? Those bills are:-
🌵Bill to remove Governor as “Defacto" Chancellor of Universities in the State, so that State Govt can appoint IT'S Preferred Person to run their agenda via Education.
🌵Bill to Tax Hindu Temples so that Temple Money can be spent for other religions & their structures.
🌵Refusal to give oath to a Tainted Minister who is CONVICTED by HC & same conviction is ONLY Stayed by SC.
And Madam Judge wants these Strict & Rules-Conscience driven Governors to give BLIND Assents to any Crap passed as bills by THOSE 4 Secular State Govts.
She is in line to become CJI from Sept 24, 2027 to Oct 29, 2027, which will be very difficult period for #Modi 3.0! Silver lining is that she will be in chair ONLY for 36 days!

@Chitrakatha_ @ranik54 FACT!
IG called it #CommittedJudiciary! Tat wld bow to her whims & fancies, by chucking the sole independent/competent SC Judge ever, Hans Raj Khanna for ruling against her in Shankaracharya case, wanting to turn India into a totalitarian single party Stalinist-Maoist State+
#LokPal In the 70’s Justice Krishna Iyer was Attacked for concept of #CommittedJudiciary by opposition who swore by #SarkariaCommission. Same Opposition in power now has #CommittedJudiciary, #CommittedBureaucracy , #CommittedArmedForces & #CommittedMedia.

How about making justice Chandrachud the next CDS? I think he qualifies... a lot of similarities with BiRa in terms of traits and approach to mil matters...
#CommittedJudiciary doctrine of #Emergency revisited. These are our famed liberals & human rights activists!! 🙄
Indira Jaising: While making appointments of judges, we must be sure as to what are the idelogies of these judges. From granting bail to some journalists and denying others, we have seen the sign of a self conscious court.
@ShefVaidya @RahulGandhi @Ram_Guha Hey Ram! It was #IndiraGandhi who advocated #CommittedJudiciary. She was the first one to browbeat or corrupt judiciary by bypassing 3 judges to appoint A N Ray as CJI 😄😆
You call yourself historian? 🤣
Aah... Like you did with HRKhanna, justice Lalit, Justice Sinha
What was the ideology of #CommittedJudiciary floated by #Congi?
I am not even getting into rebellion tamasha engineered by #Congi and Lutyens gangs 😄
We do not need cohesion. We need fearlessness and independence to uphold Constitutional principles and provisions.
Sudhanshu Trivedi accuses Indira Gandhi of ‘#CommittedJudiciary’ but he forgets that Justice KB Sinha Of Allahabad HC a BJP Mascot had unseated Indiraji on Trumped up charges. #yesbankcrisis
Justice PN Bhagwati wrote congratulating Indira Gandhi in 1980:
"I am sure with your iron will and firm determination, uncanny insight and dynamic vision, great administrative capacity and vast experience... you will be able to steer the ship of the nation.”
#CommittedJudiciary
We thank the versatile genius, Prime Minister Narendra Modi for this address and inaugurating the Conference - Justice Arun Mishra
@PMOIndia #SupremeCourt #NarendraModi @narendramodi
@ascivil @BJP4India @narendramodi It takes a whole generation to change the scenario. Fruits of 1977 #CommittedJudiciary principle are still being harvested by #Congi
@indabhi I have raised this point many a times. #CommittedJudiciary principal was followed ruthlessly, shamelessly. Benefits still pouring in.
Govt. of Del v LG:
Art 239AA empowers LG to refer any matter to Prez.”Any matter” cannot be “every matter”.
Assembly has rt to legislate on matters mentioned in State and Concurrent list other than land, police and public order
non #CommittedJudiciary
#DelhiPowerTussel
#DelhiVsLG
1. It is not an "impeachment motion". It is a "removal motion"
2. First let the motion be accepted, then passed
3. Congress always believes in #CommittedJudiciary. Congress wants to penalise CJI Dipak Mishra for not toeing its line. https://t.co/6biIAJHq2m
We have moved an impeachment motion seeking the removal of CJI Dipak Misra: Ghulam Nabi Azad after meeting Vice President Venkaiah Naidu
History thread to remind us of great contribution of @INCIndia in pushing through the concept of #CommittedJudiciary that has spawned judiciary crises https://t.co/wT3yphsa36
Friends, #RahulGandhi spoke in #CongressPlenarySession on @INCIndia only saviour of #judiciary from the wrath of @narendramodi . Let me tell you-
The Story of an Upright Judge
Are U Serious?
The Party - @INCIndia that began #CommittedJudiciary theory in 1975 and still milking benefits questioning @narendramodi whose only mistake was he got #NJAC passed unanimously

Ponder we must. 🙏
