I was so correct in my 2 days old Tweet! 🔥SC judge BV Nagarathna expresses concerns about State Governors becoming points of litigation for either denying assent to bills or for sending bills to President for Consideration! 🔥This LEFTIST “Judge" is referring to Governors of #Kerala, #Bengal & #Karnataka & #TamilNadu which are all Non-BJP Parties ruled States. 🔥Which bills were either rejected or sent to President by Governors of those 3 States, Arif Mohammed Khan, C. V. Ananda Bose, Thawar Chand Gehlot & R. N. Ravi? Those bills are:- 🌵Bill to remove Governor as “Defacto" Chancellor of Universities in the State, so that State Govt can appoint IT'S Preferred Person to run their agenda via Education. 🌵Bill to Tax Hindu Temples so that Temple Money can be spent for other religions & their structures. 🌵Refusal to give oath to a Tainted Minister who is CONVICTED by HC & same conviction is ONLY Stayed by SC. And Madam Judge wants these Strict & Rules-Conscience driven Governors to give BLIND Assents to any Crap passed as bills by THOSE 4 Secular State Govts. She is in line to become CJI from Sept 24, 2027 to Oct 29, 2027, which will be very difficult period for #Modi 3.0! Silver lining is that she will be in chair ONLY for 36 days!
