Domestic worker's husband works in BMC. He is an alcoholic with poor attendance. He earns 17k and gives away 10k each month to his boss to fill the attendance sheet. There are many like him in his ward and other wards. The corruption in BMC goes from lowest to highest #CorruptBMC
