@GWRHelp Phil, it's not about this service. I understand cancellations happen from time to time but there were at least six cancellations on the #CotswoldLine yesterday, and another four so far today. That's the issue - the service is pants and #GWR's performance figures reflect that!
After some vague signs of improvement on @GWRHelp #CotswoldLine, the "service" is getting back to the dire levels of earlier in the year. 14:21 PAD:WOF cancellation just announced very late. Fed up of promises of jam tomorrow and #maรฑana

Over three months since I first asked GWRFeedback (and separately wrote to Mark Hopwood) why 2 March was not a void day for the #CotswoldLine despite no services after 10am, and still no explanation given. GWR's Passenger's Charter seems clear enough.
It might be the start of the new timetable on the @GWRHelp north #CotswoldLine but it's the same old tranche of cancellations "due to a shortage of drivers". Five months into 2018 and it's pathetic and unacceptable. #GWR
