At Brooklyn Night Court with @EmilyAssembly and @LegalAidNYC, watching to see how and how often bail is being set.
So far, all individuals have given supervised release. In fact, the DA's office hasn't even asked for bail yet. Legal Aid says it's because Emily and I are here.
