Segundo, moja tu copa únicamente con agua o con un lubricante a base de agua.
Finalmente, dobla tu copa e insértala horizontalmente.

To prevent menstrual cup staining, always rinse your cup with *cold* water first, then wash with warm/hot water and Saalt Cup Wash. To remove stubborn stains, you can soak your cup in 3% hydrogen peroxide for a few hours, once every few months.

Finding the right fold makes inserting your cup easier, and helps your cup to open, fit comfortably, and seal well. Maybe a different fold is what your body needs? Try a few to find the one for you!

When positioned correctly, your cup should be super comfortable. Feeling discomfort?
◀️ Insert your cup more horizontally, matching the slant of the vaginal canal.
🔽Place your cup lower, to be sure it's not too close to your cervix.

Cup Tip Tuesday! Did you know it's normal for your cervix to change position throughout your menstrual cycle!? This means your cup may fit differently on different days of your period. Check your cervix position to help find your perfect fit!

Spotting just a bit with your cup in? Spotting can be caused by blood left in the vagina below the cup after insertion. Swirl your finger around the cup to remove any excess blood, then wash your hands. Wiping or rinsing your labia may help too. #cuptip #cuptiptuesday #tiptuesday
Cup Tip Tuesday! After inserting your cup, try squeezing the base of the cup firmly a few times. This can help your cup to pop open fully, and strengthen the seal. A well-sealed cup stays comfortably in place and doesn't leak!

If your cup doesn't open when inserted, use your finger to gently press out against the vaginal wall on the side of the cup where it's folded or indented. This will make space for your cup to finish opening and allow it to get a great seal.
