Top Tweets for #D3Pt
I heartily recommend @carmelatroncoso ‘s talk at #realworldcrypto this year for anyone who wants to understand how we can have contact tracing without sacrificing privacy (I hope you don’t object to my tagging you)
Thank you to all who worked on #D3PT and it’s’ implementation
For #COVID19 #ContactTracing geeks everywhere, #ProximityTracing makes sense in any language #D3PT @ChristoPhraser @marcelsalathe @LUSTRUM_5 @jackiecassell @JHocking01 @nicolaforster @EMdeBoer

@lukOlejnik This scenario is also mentioned in the Swiss solution's #D3PT whitepaper; see also @paratexception (in DE) talking on that. https://t.co/8UAFRDbSMV https://t.co/07SdbyrmXk
das schweigen des @ArminNassehi wird unterschätzt.

And while our #parliament is discussing the privacy implications of a decentralized application, restaurants make it mandatory to leave your personal data when eating there, whereas an app could solve this problem as well - without sharing sensitive data. #D3PT #TrackingApp
#ContactTracing and #COVID19. What does it entail for #privacy? Read the DW newsletter to find out and tune in 2morrow for the Right On chat on this issue: https://t.co/alrTkOHZah

The #COVID19 pandemic brought contact tracing in the spotlight. In the DW Newsletter we look at its implications, different approaches, and the countries that make use of these apps or have announced that they will.

@BirgitC @NicolaKSDavis Great sympathies from us here - @technollama also recovering after the long haul (#medicalprivacy...but there's an app for that #D3PT)
so much current press coverage about #ContactTracing is depressingly simplifying. just keep in mind that @PeppPt is so problematic in terms of privacy that @Apple/@Google refused to better support it on their phones; they went with the #D3PT model instead. #detailsmatter #covid19
@rektide @Apple @Google i am trying to dig into the #D3PT reference implementation https://t.co/9n5WXD1rVz and how they define the API that in my video i call #3 (app to server) and #4 (server to server for federation). i expect multiple implementations to be created, so we need good #API-based interop!
#StopCovid
Germany flips on smartphone contact tracing, backs Apple and Google https://t.co/peGFCoqDbo
#Corona #Coronakrise #CoronaApp
https://t.co/pWTphjNRur
In our recent Syslog episode we talk with @reactorcontrol about the technical and political aspects of contact tracing apps. Check it out! https://t.co/emEqbGLCVC #covid19 #corona #pepppt #d3pt
