We, the people of Denver stand against our countryβs complicity in Israelβs ongoing genocide of Palestinians. We are asking that Denver City council pass a resolution demanding:
ONE. A permanent and enforceable ceasefire,
TWO. That unrestricted humanitarian aid be allowed into Gaza immediately,
THREE. The release of all Palestinian and Israeli hostages including doctors and medical workers,
FOUR. An immediate halt of weapons transfers and taxpayer funding for the Israeli military,
FIVE. That the city of Denver divests from the Israeli bonds listed in the city budget and from all companies listed by the BDS movement.
Without this resolution, Amanda Sandoval, Kevin Flynn, Diana Romero, Amanda Sawyer, Paul Kashmann, Flor Alvidrez, Darrell Watson, Chris Hinds, and Stacie Gilmore remain complicit in the ongoing,Β internationally recognized genocide in Gaza and the West Bank.

for the amount a homeowner will pay over 10 years they could easily replace their own sidewalk (if needed) without involving the city. this is just another governmental cash grab, further increasing the cost of living in Denver
