सवाल यह है कि कि कि��ने ऐसे राज्य एवं देश के लिए महत्वपूर्ण कार्याल��ों का आपदा प्रबंधन प्लान एक क्वालिफ़ाइड आपदा प्रबंधक के द्वारा बनाकर लागू कराया है?
क्या सतपूडा भवन भोपाल, जहां आग लगी है वहाँ का आपदा प्रबंधन प्लान बनाया था? जवाब मैं बताता हूँ नही ।
