@acrl_dls @monicarysavy A5: I really enjoyed seeing the range of #teleworking app adoptions by @monicarysavy @RS_Michalak for during #COVID. Absolutely love the use of @FlipGrid for a 2minute video update! #DOLSTop5

@jkobrien @acrl_dls A4: At UNM we cannot afford textbook purchases and we have policies and FAQs to help explain our budget constraints. #DOLSTop5

@acrl_dls @monicarysavy A5: In the beginning, I felt I had to be tied to my computer, logged in to chat constantly, and constantly producing. In a way, it's nice to be back to work because I don't feel guilty on breaks. #DOLSTop5

@acrl_dls A4: another thing our OER librarian and myself were able to do is intersect our library OER stipends with campus wide EDI plans to support "curriculum revamps" where they eliminated textbooks and make their curriculum materials more inclusive in the process #DOLSTop5

@samharlowlib @acrl_dls Yes! Our reserves team saw a big uptick in full book scan requests so we definitely had to increase communication about copyright. #DOLSTop5

@acrl_dls A4. Our faculty went nuts for the streaming media - especially National Theatre Live... eventually we got a subscription to it. #DOLSTop5

@acrl_dls A4: I think we’re seeing an increase in ebook demand. I do wish several of these ebook platforms were more interoperable with the library to avoid clunky access and account problems. #DOLSTop5

@acrl_dls A4: though the pandemic is awful, I think it has helped many of our faculty see the importance of not using a textbook, but I think there has been a lot of confusion with copyright and thinking they can just scan anything and put it in the LMS #DOLSTop5

@acrl_dls @cynhudson @rebeccakmiller A3: One of my highlights was physical wellness via Zoom Fit classes offered for free to all employees. Our amazing instructor prepared multiple modifications for various fitness levels and for folks without equipment. I never imagined loving Zoom fitness so much. :D #DOLSTop5

@acrl_dls @cynhudson @rebeccakmiller A3: Have to say, I really enjoyed example of #libraryremoteteams #wellness strategies from @rebeccakmiller @cynhudson! Might need to create an @unleasharchives shared playlist for those intense coding/writing days. We definitely have some musicians & music enthusiasts #DOLSTop5

@acrl_dls @cynhudson @rebeccakmiller A3 There wasn't a lot of formal support during the pandemic. A small group of us met once a week just to talk. In retrospect, I should have tried to outreach to more staff, but I guess I did all I had the bandwidth for. #DOLStop5

@acrl_dls @RS_Michalak @hodgesc @barblockee @torreytrust @BondAaron A2: Struck by @hodgesc @barblockee @torreytrust @BondAaron note:"Consider how much infrastructure exists around face-to-face education that supports student success” 💯 takeaway from past 18months: so much connects back to "invisible" infrastructure we take for granted #DOLSTop5

@acrl_dls @barblockee @torreytrust @BondAaron A2: Hopefully more attention to learner analysis and context analysis so you'll have some clue how best to deliver (for example, synchronous or asynchronous) in the event that emergency remote teaching is required. #DOLSTop5

@acrl_dls @hodgesc @barblockee @torreytrust @BondAaron A2: The investment in air purifiers and improved HVAC procedures, like increased full air exchanges in old/poorly ventilated buildings, feels like a big improvement not only for the next crisis but just for better public health. #DOLSTop5
