how can I go about getting a refund a driver took my order 5 packs of steaks! And I’m being told I can’t be refunded? Who do I contact before I take legal action in court #doordash #doordashscam
Wow! I just contacted @DoorDash & @DoorDash_Help on their app & check out their responses! I’m laughing inside, but actually angry AF. So y’all won’t eat raw burgers, yet I should since you can’t give me a credit. You guys are a joke. #DoorDash #DoorDashSucks #DoorDashScam
I’ve contacted @DoorDash @DoorDash_Help after getting raw burgers, pictured below. I actually called the restaurant & they told me I had to file a complaint w/ DD. I filed a complaint w/ the pics & received no credit. So then DD asked me to DM them 5 days ago but never responded.

I placed an order on DoorDash and later returned it. Instead of refunding to my card, they dumped $64 into DoorDash credits—without asking me. No warning, no consent. Just quietly locked my money into their app.
