DSpico for my gf's DSL arrived today from @ShiraSeal store to replace an almost 20 year old R4. Very impressed with the quality of the shell. The games load super fast. The availability and price of this will probably make it the standard for DS roms.#Dspico #NintendoDS

#DSPico shell update, a small error made it to the model. They are working on reworking the mold to fix that issue. Next samples will come after CNY. Once the shells are fully validated we will open up pre-orders as we already have all the other parts ready to go.

After some consideration on the shells for the #DSPico, we will be holding off with releasing them while we get the shells injection molded. The resin prints were not uniform in quality and color while doing our test batch manufacturing. This will push back release by at least a month, maybe longer. I already adjusted the design to manufacture by injection molding. We will also be selling empty shells for folks who want a high quality shell for their self made DSPico

@Nitehack It's really difficult to print a shell for DSPico and UV-curing printers are simply too difficult for DIY users. So these are just plastic pieces that need to be manually assembled, lack fixation, and are easy to fall apart. #dspico
