Well the “#DVCommunity”^^ community already has its eyes on the aging population, including some like myself who got old while dealing with the problems the “problem-solving courts” helped introduce by failing to report properly on the #FamilyCourts (USA) or their own (imported) selves— especially the whole #BehaviorModification (both individuals and institutions, like police, courts, etc) paradigm.
Problems in the family courts also exacerbate existing cult-like (ie, basic criminality/greed/lack of sound ethical character) behaviors in certain family lines
That last phrase is referencing to the existence of family trusts Sometimes can and Do Often drive, FamilyCourt battles to control the children.
As I understand if this was true of the (Sandra) Grazzini-Rucki case in MN #Grazzini_Rucki, and speaking only for myself, I found in hindsight (because its existence was hidden from me —by my siblings—for years) was the most likely explanation for the otherwise inexplicable behavior of a sibling who decided to get involved in my divorce and custody case, to my [long-term] harm and my children’s…
