क्या ऐसा नहीं हो सकता कि सौरभ को भारत रत्न दिया जाए? भ्रष्टाचार ही भारत का मूल है। इतना बड़ा भ्रष्टाचार करने का अवसर अक्सर बड़े लोगों को मिलता है लेकिन सिपाही सौरभ ने सौ करोड़ के टारगेट को छू लिया है। मुझे यकीन है सारे लोग बच जाएंगे क्योंकि यही सबके हित में हैं। केवल सौरभ को फँसाया जाएगा ताकि कार्रवाई की नैतिकता प्रतिष्ठित हो। अतः अनैतिकताओं के स्वर्ग भारत में सौरभ को सम्मानित किया जाना चाहिए। क्योंकि यही सच है। सरकारों के भीतर यही होता है। बोलने वालों को फँसा कर जेलों में सड़ा दिया जाता है और फँसाने वाले जाते हैं सौरभ बन कर मौज उड़ाते हैं।

Elected public officials take an oath of integrity at the time of assuming office. Therefore when they indulge in corrupt practices don't they violate the oath? Should they not be accountable for this breach of trust? If not, then why go thru the ritual of oath-taking? What is the message we are giving to the youth of this country? Along with respect for the Rule of Law, we need to be seen to practice ethics in life.
