Your ability to recruit/retain your current players has become more valuable than your ability to recruit HS/JUCO/Transfers.
Continue to build/strengthen relationships w/mom, dad, grandma, uncle, brother, sister, AAU Coach, HS Coach etc.
Recruit them again.

Make the players you have better. Develop the players on your current roster.
Transfer culture has caused EVERYONE to look for a quick fix. Getting new players isn’t always the answer.

Adobe in 2023 will be what Excel was in 2003.
Dedicate 2 hours a day, 4 days a week.
Most athletic departments are waaaaaaayyyyy behind in this area.
A coach/GA/DOBO who possesses this skill has value.
