Both populations benefit. The PFS gap between mutant and wild-type is real but wild-type is not a non-responder population.
The FDA approval was built on KRAS mutant data. These wild-type numbers raise a harder question: is the MAPK pathway driving disease in LGSOC regardless of canonical KRAS mutation status, and are we undertreating wild-type patients by withholding this combination?
#GOG281 translational data showed #trametinib benefit was independent of KRAS mutation status. #RAMP201 may be telling the same story with a more potent regimen.
