@LozeauMD @HENRYY_MD Same here - we say HSIL (VIN3) (or CIN3/AIN3 etc depending on site) per LAST criteria. One of my colleagues also puts mild/mod/severe dysplasia #dermpathjc

@LozeauMD @LinskeyKaty great! the biggest controversy still in class II. how can you label T1a melanoma the same as moderate dysplastic nevus is still beyond me. clinician is expecting treat those pts similarly? and Spitz/ DPM? #dermpathJC

@LinskeyKaty @HENRYY_MD I sort of do this with the gyn specimens already — top line is HSIL or LSIL, but then in the note mention “equivalent to VIN whatever” for the older-school docs. #dermpathJC
