It’s now time for a statutory duty of candour to be established for all those entrusted with power including CPS officers #CPS #DanielMorgan #CORRUPTION #news #dfidgate https://t.co/ceQASrvaaa
Now a full month since Ibori confiscation hearing written submissions were made & defense & Crown rebutals like submitted. In the V Mobile matter, clear, irrefutable evidence shows ZERO benefit to Ibori. Consequently, IRRESISTIBLE INFERENCE must be no predicate offence! #DfIDgate
“It will now be essential to conduct a thorough review of procedures within the SFO and the judgment of key decision makers within the department must surely be brought into question.” #BarclaysFraudADF #DfIDgate

The following four LCF insiders siphoned off near £20 million before administration: Andrew Thomson, Simon Hume-Kendall, Elten Barker and Spencer Golding. #DfIDgate

Simon Kendall-Hume and 3 other LCF insiders siphon off £20 million to their personal accounts when the LCF house was on financial fire and no FCA fire alarm bells ringing! #DfIDgate https://t.co/sqFESMKVbA
Only blood boiling? The UK CJS should be profoundly ashamed of itself. #DfIDgate https://t.co/Mg5a51L8wx
Life wrecked, wrongly convicted, two years of his life stolen by a rotten ‘justice’ system & incompetent (or deliberately perverse police who didn’t investigate), yet he gets zero compensation. It makes my blood boil. The MOJ is a disgrace.

IOPC Op'n Calder seems to have been placed in a desk drawer or put into a file that has 'accidentally' been sent to archives. IOPC is not treating it seriously, actually not treating it at all? IOPC best be relegated soon & a real police conduct oversight put in place! #DfIDgate
The IOPC has essentially become a non quacking duck, forget the echo! How many useless iterations of police self examination must one sustain before a REAL police accountability unit is set up! One lives in hope accompanied by desperation. #DfIDgate

NCA operations head, Steve Rodhouse & former OIC Op'n Midland sings, "I am a believer" still has job, Commissioner Dick's support & police brotherhood has laagered up to protect the incompetence now well exposed. #DfIDgate https://t.co/roctIcBntP
One flew over the Department of Professional Standards Nest and LANDED! Police chief guilty of 'bullying' is given professional standards role. A ROYAL COMMISSION to examine the DPS nest of corrupt officers is mandatory. #DfIDgate https://t.co/P8R2HiCFu7 @MailOnline
LCF promised borrower cooperation with Smith & Williamson receivers barely skin deep. Looks to have turned to non-cooperation if not antagonism. https://t.co/97tJWbqkdf #DfIDgate
A Royal Commission to examine the Met Police Department of Professional Standards should be set up headed by a Judge known for his/her establishment independence attributes. This RC should examine the Op'n Midland police criminality too! #DfIDgate https://t.co/2NzAuPqeIT
Police corruption and CPS misconduct- Project Phoenix, Operation Tureen, Augen and Tarbes #dfidgate @LdeB_Justice @robevansgdn @mr_gillard @BBCMarkEaston @TomJHarper A New Commission Is Being Launched To Look At Miscarriages Of Justice https://t.co/dafxKVinyo
If one has to rely on Legal Aid, one is subject to the disclosure lacunae of both the police and CPS and standing before the river of lies that will be forthcoming from these in the courts. One is standing on UK CJS trap door, without a functioning defense apparatus! #DfIDgate
The sad truth is that legal aid no longer provides for an adequate defence, let alone one which is comparable to a privately funded defence.
Question for all the non-lawyers reading this -
Do you want a criminal justice system that is fair for victims, defendants and society?
Keith Hunter of Animus Associates and formerly of Risc Management a CHIS and 'snitch/grass' for MI6. Wall of Silence protecting him. Why? #DfIDgate
Met Police Murder Detectives 'Face Wall of Silence' @BBCNews Is it any wonder when you refer to a CHIS as a 'snitch/grass'? Why is @metpoliceuk Witness Protection Programme not under the control of @NCA_UK ? @NCA_LynneOwens https://t.co/bkeNOECnQw

V Mobile Op'n Augen Case Summary by Sasha Wass QC & Esther Schutzer-Weissman 26-11-10 recast the facts of my company, Africa Development Finance Ltd.'s ('ADF') Arranger Agreement role in the M&A process into a crime fiction: a big lie! Big lie repeated in Court of Appeal Decision
Toe tag being prepared for UK CJS at the morgue.... #DfIDgate
We are, quite simply, witnessing the Death of Justice, right before our eyes, and nobody is doing anything about it. Nobody cares.
Two barristers and one expert witness flew over the CPS cookoo's nest. It can only be made up in Alice in Judicial Land and the Southwark Crown Court. Lawyer lunatics in the CPS and prosecuting barristers asleep at the Crown Court once again? https://t.co/6oYGzwBgUi #DfIDgate
Perhaps a successful private prosecution of DC John MacDonald would show up Sasha Was QC as a ready, willing and able practitioner of the mendacity arts, especially in the V Mobile case built off the back of a defective POCU Op'n Augen investigation! #DfIDgate
Lying in politics is one thing, but what about lying in the courts by prosecutors who supposed to be tellers of truth? Sasha Wass QC mired on doubtful ground but given her pedigree amongst the judicial glitterati, she might get away with it.
