Everyone in Railways have assured promotion either they join at Level 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 or Level 10. Only BE/BTech engineers joining railways at Level 7 as SSE do not have even a single promotion in entire career. Grant group B gazetted status and assured proMotion to #Direct_SSE

At the time of joining Railway as Senior Section Engineer (SSE) (GP-4600) with Minimum Educational Qualification BE/BTECH, Nobody knows that they will be stagnated at same post throughout life. It is the violation of Article 16. #DIRECT_SSE to be promoted.

They join as SSE in Group C and retires in Group C, without single promotion. Their Number is about 3000. Some unions are misguiding that these Nos are 35000, which is INCORRECT.
