The group known as Tsemdo appears to have never had enough of war. Once again, they are promoting conflict and warmongering against the people of Tigray and the people of Ethiopia.
This cycle of violence must end. East Africa cannot afford another devastating conflict. Every Ethiopian, regardless of ethnicity or political affiliation, should stand united against those who promote war, violence, and division.
There have also been serious allegations regarding the use of white phosphorus against Amhara and Oromo communities. Such allegations must be thoroughly investigated, and anyone responsible for violations of international humanitarian law must be held accountable.
Ethiopia needs peace, justice, accountability, and unity not another generation lost to war.
