What he can do is make life difficult for U.S. born children of undocumented ppl through executive action denying passports, citizenship certificates, etc. during the months and years before he is slapped down by the judiciary. This makes it difficult for those U.S. citizens to prove they are citizens.

🇸🇮 Slovenian passport holders face a unique challenge when applying abroad for Temporary Residency (TR) in Paraguay 🇵🇾. Over the past 12 months, I’ve proudly assisted several clients from Slovenia in their TR applications here, achieving a 💯% success rate. 📄 Slovenian passports are distinct in that foreign domicile or Permanent Residency (PR) stamps are placed on page 3 (section 15, opposite the biographic information page) 📑 — information that migration officers cannot overlook. 👀 Most South American countries, including Paraguay, require applicants to provide legal background checks 📜 from countries where they’ve “resided” over the past 3 years (e.g., Paraguay, Argentina) or 5 years (e.g., Brazil) 🌎. While certain exceptions or conditions may apply (as is typical in any migration framework) 📝, attempting to avoid declaring prior residencies to bypass obtaining additional legal background checks is risky. ⚠️ 📌 If your prior PR status is stamped on page 3 of your passport, it’s wise to be prepared with all necessary documentation before applying. Seeking proper guidance is key 🔑!

The price of a bribe to avoid mobilization as a Ukrainian man and to leave Ukraine has increased from 10,000 to over 15,000 to 20,000 USD. A black market in Ukrainian birth certificates, which can no longer be obtained remotely outside of Ukraine, has started as consular services for Ukrainians outside of Ukraine are shut down. But you need them to obtain residency in another country. In Paraguay, we ask the immigration office for an exception for Ukrainians - to return their birth certificate to them after the immigration process is complete. It's worth its weight in gold at the moment. If you want to prepare for an unexpected situation in the future, I recommend you apply for: * a duplicate birth certificate for each member of your family (including children) * a current criminal record certificate (but this is usually valid for a maximum of 6 months) * Apostilization and legal translation of all the above documents into English and Spanish, also arrange for apostilization of these legal translations * a second passport (Czech citizens can even have three passports) * if you have a marriage certificate, divorce certificate, or university diploma, include it in the above list With this, you can arrange residency in most countries. Otherwise, you'll be like a hunted animal - Ukrainians who didn't manage to arrange this (and didn't apply for special asylum) can only be everywhere for a few months on a tourist visa. And when their passport expires, they automatically become illegal immigrants, since they can't remotely get a passport. And in Ukraine, they will be sent straight to the human meat grinder.

Restrictions on your freedom of movement ("FOM") *generally* come at three layers 1⃣ Layer 1 - Proving your legal identity & citizenship 2⃣ Layer 2 - Your passport (required for international bordered travel). 3⃣ Layer 3 - Visa, residency or (2nd) citizenship An attack at any of the 3 layers inhibits your freedom of movement. A layer 1 attack is most devastating because any movement (legally) at all depends upon proving your legal identity (valid ID). This is why people without legal identity and stateless people are the worst off, and why single sovereign #documentdependence is the silent FOM killer. Obtaining a visa or residency (layer 3) also often depends on layer 2 because nearly all countries require you have a passport to issue you a visa, and many require you to have a passport to be lawfully resident in their country. ..... ✅Second citizenship allows you to prove legal identity (layer 1) through a second sovereignty - the 2nd country. ✅That second sovereign also acts as a 2nd passport issuing entity (layer 2). ✅That second citizenship also provides highest right of entry and residency in a second country (layer 3) generally even if you don't have the passport from the second country. This is because there's a widely internationally recognized right of return to one's country of citizenship (although it'll likely be a PITA). In other words, 2nd citizenship provides a second path to legal identity, second passport, and second country where you have immediate, highest right of entry. Freedom of movement though #multiplecitizenship is the answer. #freedomofmovement #multiplecitizenship #passport
