Cognitive load isn’t just mental—it’s emotional too. When tasks feel overwhelming, stress rises and learning drops. Break info into chunks, lower pressure, use calm tones, show progress, and praise effort. A calm brain is a learning brain. #DriveLearning #ASCENDapproach
