๐ข Sovereign / Private AI โ Cloud software and compute for enterprises with data-residency requirements
๐ Go-to-Market โ Self-serve portal, enterprise sales, partners & government empanelment
Key Aspects ๐
1. GPU Capacity ๐
E2E exited Q1 FY27 with ~5,100 GPUs live, including 1,024 B200 GPUs. Another 1,024+ B200s are planned for deployment.
2. Massive Revenue Growth ๐
Revenue reached โน156.8 Cr, up 334% YoY and 64% QoQ, driven primarily by higher capacity, utilization and the B200 cluster going live.
3. Operating Leverage ๐ฐ
EBITDA jumped to โน117.9 Cr, with a 75.2% margin, while PAT stood at โน43.9 Cr. Management attributed the performance to operating leverage and the B200 cluster going live.
4. Sovereign AI ๐ฎ๐ณ
E2E is building its Sovereign AI platform, combining its GPU infrastructure with platforms such as TIR and Jarvislabs ai for training, fine-tuning, inference and AI workloads.
5. Long-Term Capacity Expansion โก
Management said it plans to add more Blackwell capacity and is also preparing for next-generation architectures including B300 and Vera Rubin.
6. Longer-Term Contracts ๐
Customers are increasingly opting for 1โ3 year contracts, which management said can improve demand and revenue predictability while allowing some capacity to remain flexible.
7. Debt-Funded Expansion ๐๏ธ
Management disclosed approximately โน450 Cr of loans currently, with additional borrowing expected as another GPU lot comes in.

The overlap in thinking is worth noticing.

#ESDS #E2ENetworks #TCS #HCLTECH
The biggest mistake is treating all AI beneficiaries as comparable.
They are starting from very different places.
1๏ธโฃ
E2ENetworks owns more of the compute layer. That gives direct upside when GPU demand is strong, but it also brings higher capex, utilization and obsolescence risk.
ESDS is different. It already has cloud, managed services and regulated enterprise relationships, but part of its AI economics depends on contracted compute.
So the key question is not AI demand alone, but how much value it can add above that contracted compute and whether it can defend margins.
Many are comparing only PE between E2E and ESDS, and retail investors can easily get misled by these surface-level comparisons.
In my view, ESDS is expensive at current valuations.
2๏ธโฃAnd margins themselves can mislead.
ESDS/E2E-type infrastructure businesses can show much higher EBITDA margins, while TCS/HCLTech operate at lower service margins.
But the divergence comes from the business model.
Compute businesses carry GPU capex, depreciation, utilization and obsolescence risk.
Services businesses carry people cost, but much lower hardware intensity.
So a 40โ50% EBITDA margin in compute is not automatically superior to an 18โ25% EBIT margin in services.
3๏ธโฃTCS and HCLTECH start from the opposite end.
Their core strength is enterprise relationships, integration, engineering and IP.
Now they are moving downward into AI infrastructure.
That is why pricing power, capital risk and economics visibility cannot be judged with the same lens across all four.
๐ฉAnd if hyperscalers keep expanding capacity, improving efficiency and moving further down the stack, can they eventually make smaller undifferentiated AI-infrastructure players obsolete?
Same AI tailwind.
Different starting points.
Different risks.
Different economics.

I donโt know ZAIโs P&L so wonโt comment on it but will state the obvious:
Unless you vertically integrate and show a credible path to owning models, app, tokens, cloud, data centers and silicon the risk of being a hi volume, low profit company is abnormally high in this sector because value is accruing and changing so rapidly.
Effectively ignoring the ramp-up from the incoming 1,024 B200 GPUs and any further capacity or pricing additions. Given managementโs commentary that capacity is still ramping up, actual growth could potentially be higher.
Not investment advice. DYOR.
#E2ENetworks
7๏ธโฃ Bottom line
E2E is showing a powerful combination of GPU capacity + high utilization + operating leverage.
Not investment advice. DYOR.
