Luckily, my #Sjogrens panel was ++ This shifted care from diagnostic to treatment focus early, which has been helpful. Note, these labs s/b less than 20. Two are high, yet EMR shows "normal." DO YOU KNOW HOW TO READ YOUR RECORD? #EMRerrors #ReadMyRecord #AdminSideofSick

AI treatment algorithms based upon our #EHR /clinical notes should hugely scare every patient who is seen in the US. Our medical records are full of errors. Computers don't "catch" and "fix" this stuff before the data is collected. #trashintrashout #EMRerrors #Sjogrens #Qscore
