Huh, ya dont' say...@SECGov said the same thing in our #ETHdec case: "@hodl_law has not identified any duty the SEC may have to promulgate rulemaking relating to Ethereum or to respond to Plaintiff's individual inquiries about its own use of #Ethereum."

@CGasparino @Ripple @SECGov @GaryGensler @ethereum @Bitcoin You had it somewhat reversed, @CGasparino…@hodl_law has targeted @GaryGensler and his crew for failing to declare whether @ethereum sales are securities. @SECGov served with #ETHdec lawsuit 12/12/22. Now ask yourself: Why hasn’t it responded yet confirming ETH is not a security?

In its own mind, the SEC believes it is winning and has no strong reason to settle. I do think the emails are more damaging than John believes, but again, SEC believes those won’t get out publicly. The people have to force the SEC’s hand, hence @hodl_law #ETHdec lawsuit!

2023 SEC 🆚 Ripple 🧵 Will the case settle? After 18K votes, the👇 poll shows 59% of people believe a settlement will happen. Tbh, 59% is higher than I would’ve guessed. A year ago, I believed a settlement was likely b/c the SEC wouldn’t want the Hinman emails made public.

...action restricted to defendant sued, enabling ability to restrict the future transactions of THAT defendant while also chilling secondary market w/o suing anyone else. The diabolical calculation is impressive (albeit evil). Hence why #ETHdec case by @hodl_law is critical. 2/2
