Goede samenvatting in @TrouwGroen over het emissiehandelssysteem #EU_ETS. Door verhoogde prijs per recht een recordbedrag aan opbrengsten. Maar ook aan misgelopen inkomsten: 3 miljard euro. Geld dat besteed had kunnen worden aan #klimaatbeleid.

✅Meer dan een miljard euro opbrengst
✅Minder rechten verkocht
❌3 miljard aan gratis rechten weggegeven aan grootste vervuilers
