A3: I would have my students' collectively create a list of questions that corresponded to the unit/lessons, and they would be tasked with researching their questions and teaching their classmates. They always loved to share what they discovered!

A2. I think many times they are not represented. I would suggest videoing your practice and upon reflection ask on a scale of 1-10 how is student voice represented..what would a 10 look like and then work with a coach with strategies from @QISATweets and others. #EdCoachCB
A2: I would frequently have my students lead the classroom, and I would have an alternating groups of students that were the "weekly teachers." Together we would plan the lessons, and I would facilitate their learning/ leading experience.

A4: the biggest challenge: they have never been taught that to know and understand the curriculum, let alone assess their skills and the process to develop new one - they are so used to following the teacher blindly, they are scared of being wrong

A3: I think planning for agency takes thinking about the teacher role and student role as two pieces of a puzzle. Thinking about what learning the teacher scaffolds, & where students make it real for themselves and push beyond what teachers may have thought possible. #EdCoachCB
A2: related to any new implementation a teacher needs to not only be aware of learning and struggles but be listening and asking for feedback to improve the environment for students - giving them the safety and time to understand themselves
